This is NOT government provided healthcare nor is it government provided healthcare insurance.
You WILL purchase HC insurance from a company that is approved by the gov.
If you have HCI that is TOO good you will pay a 40% TAX on it!

a) higher deductibles & co-payments and “caps” are a barrier to h.c. for those at lower incomes.
b) why bother to separate out catastrophic coverage since it’s something everyone should have as part of any insur. coverage?
